Session Information

I specialise in intimate, lifestyle family photography capturing your connections and telling your family story. I have a casual, candid style; there’s very little posing here! We will always try to get everyone in the frame, and get that smiley shot, but there is so much more to life than just that moment, isn’t there?

All my sessions are family centred. I capture maternity and newborn sessions also, but in the same casual, authentic way. Baths are a favourite way to capture maternity and newborn in particular, and baths can be included in Midi and Maxi sessions.

My favourite location is your home! And there are plenty to see on the blog if you’re not convinced. I also do sessions at beautiful outdoor locations around Perth: City centre, Stirling, Subiaco, Tapping, Wembley Downs, Thornlie, East Perth, Woodvale, and more.

Midi Session

1 hour – 20 images – $575

Midi sessions are up to an hour, perfect for capturing the family in a variety of ways. Home sessions are my absolute favourite but park and river locations around Perth are available too. Sunset is the ideal time for outdoor sessions. Please note that an hour is rarely long enough for newborn family sessions with siblings.

We had a full family session with Cat. It had been a stressful week and morning but as soon we rocked up to the beautiful location she’d picked we immediately relaxed. Cat was patient not pushy and directed us loosely without “telling us what to do”. We basically just went to a nice place and had fun. I’m a perfectionist at the best of times and we just wanted a couple pics for a nice photo wall in our house. Maxi Session

2 hours – 50 images – $775

My. Absolute. Favourite. Maximum time, maximum images, minimum stress. I give you EVERYTHING good I get from a Maxi sesh, and it’s incredible value and storytelling. Captured at home only, these are the most special sessions. Ideal for family centred newborn sessions with siblings!

We had a wonderful photo shoot with Cat. She was very helpful, providing lots of information before the day and guidance with ideas to get the best photos. The children put Cat through her paces and made her work for every shot. They are not the easiest subjects to photograph, I should know, I’ve tried so many times! The end results were fantastic! Baths

Something a little bit different, and a real passion of mine: water! I love capturing baths, particularly mama + babe herbal baths. And don’t worry, if you don’t have an ideal bath available, I do at my home in Stirling. Baths can be included in Midi or Maxi home sessions.

  • Maternity milkbaths, newborn and mama herbal baths, toddler outdoor baths, sibling baths.
  • I supply the herbs for the herbal bath; you can supply fresh flowers if you prefer.
  • Can be included in Midi or Maxi sessions for no extra cost.

Cat did a newborn herbal bath shoot for me when Meg was just a week old. It was truly the most beautiful experience. I will honestly never forget it, especially since we have such stunning pics to treasure. I still tear up every time I watch the slideshow! Cat made us both feel completely relaxed and at ease. Fine Print

  • Images are supplied in a variety of colour and black + white at no extra cost.
  • Extra images or the whole gallery can be purchased with each session. Extras are $12-15 each.
  • Repeat clients receive 5% off all session fees other than seasonal specials.
  • I offer a discount for multiple sessions booked together like maternity and newborn, or homebirth.
  • I do capture the occasional homebirth; get in touch for an information package.
  • Gift vouchers available for all sessions. Just email me.
